As Ray White South Australia’s Chief Auctioneer, John Morris brings an elite level of industry expertise to his role.

John began his real estate career in 2011 and quickly progressed to Premier agent within the Ray White brand.

A stint as the head of Real estate Training College of South Australia followed, before he was invited back to Ray White as their first ever head auctioneer in South Australia.

As Chief Auctioneer, John’s knowledge of the property market is second to none. He is a regular commentator in the media regarding market conditions and provides his clients with unparalleled selling advice.

Behind the scenes he is regarded as one of Ray White’s best trainers, assisting agents with all the elements that add up to a successful sales campaign.

The role of Chief Auctioneer has seen John work closely with many agents over the years, building successful auction campaigns on behalf of vendors.

John notes his love for auctioneering stems from the transparency it offers both vendors and buyers and the excellent sales results it achieves for clients.

“I have a huge passion for auctioneering,” he notes.

“It’s a job where no two days are ever the same and provides the opportunity to assist people during what can be a stressful period in their lives.”

A natural performer, John came into real estate by way of a career in acting, and notes it was his wife who introduced him to the auctioneering realm.

“I have loved the auction process ever since I first witnessed it in person,” he reflects. “Once I saw what was involved, I knew that was where I wanted to be.”

John’s enthusiasm for working with people and achieving results on their behalf has seen him become South Australia’s number one auctioneer, who, even during the toughest of markets, achieves outstanding results for his vendors.
